Joseph A. Bompczyk, pioneering punk guitarist
Joe Bompczyk, whose buzz-saw guitar led the attack of the pioneering Buffalo punk band the Enemies, died Monday in the Center for Hospice& Palliative Care, Cheektowaga, after a brief illness. He was 56.
