You can perform this with the piano sound, but why not make your keyboard or digital piano sound like an orchestra. This tutorial shows you what instruments to use at what point in the piece. You will need to use the various combinations of split, layer, split point, octave. Some keyboards and digital pianos (like my Roland RM-700) will let you layer two sounds in the left hand and layer up to 3 sounds in the right hand. And many of the presets are already combinations of layered sounds. You can store all your sound setups in a User Program or memory bank and then switch instantly from one sound set to the other.
